P90X Vs. Insanity

Winter is almost over and you want to get your beach body back before summer ends!
Do you have a goal in the next few months? I do! I'm going to Europe with my boyfriend, so I need to lose weight, and I need to lose it fast!!

I was thinking about which workout I should try. P90X or Insanity
These workout videos are about an hour long. If you want to really lose weight, schedule in an hour workout or consider it as a "meeting" you can't miss.

Insanity
  • Heavy cardio, that targets weight loss directly
  • No equipments needed
P90X
  • Weight training with cardio
  • You need dumbbells with different weights and a pull up bar
What I really like about both programs is that you have to take a fitness test every 2 weeks to see if your improving. For example, with Insanity, you have to time yourself how many jump squats, suicides, pushups and Heisman's you can do in about a minute or two

I like insanity better, I don't have dumbbells or a pull up bar at home. I will start today, and I will take a before and after picture to show you the results one month from today!!

  1. Don't bother, you don't need it because you are so pretty. It's a waste of time.

  3. These programs are great, for some people. As some one who has lost
almost 100 pounds in a little under 2 years, I found controlling my diet and running was the best method for me. Best of luck! A cheat day here and there won't kill you btw :)
