10 minute workouts

I know how hard it is to find time every day to workout. If we really want to lose a few pounds here and there, we have to try.
Whether it's waking up, sleeping, or somewhere in between to sneak a 10 minute workout.

Here are some equipment free workouts that will help you burn fat. If you can work out for more than 10 minutes, great! If not, that's fine, do as much as you can.

  • Squat jump
  • Jumping jacks
  • Lay down and try to lift both legs up to a 90 degree angle (this works on your core)
  • Plank position, then try to move one knee at a time closer to your elbow
  • Jog or run outside for 10 minutes (this would be great if you have kids and they wanted to go to the park)
  • If you have stairs high enough at home, or if you live in an apartment building, run up and down the stairs for 10 minutes
