Benefits of water

Ever wonder why we should drink lots of water?

I stumbled upon this website and thought I'd share this with you.

This is my regular water bottle that I bring to the gym, at school (when I don't forget it) and everywhere else. This holds 2.2L of water.

I know this water bottle is big and not that pretty. 
I carry this around because I'm always thirsty and when I don't have water with me, I end up buying coffee, cold drinks or expensive water bottles
