I really like number 25 "throw out large plates". This got me wondering. When I got home, I noticed I fill my plate with a lot of food. The smaller the plate, the less you eat! I know what you're thinking "get up and get more food". NO! Never go for seconds if you want to lose weight!
One thing to consider is it's not about how much food is on your plate but more so what type of food is.
