After reading this website, a few benefits of eating less portions and eating more often:
- It increases energy level
- Decreases appetite
Sometimes I find it hard to eat healthy because I don't know what to eat for the day and I end up buying food somewhere unhealthy :( If you are like me, we need to encourage each other to eat healthier, so stay tuned, I will be posting a blog about meal preps and show you a great video about prepping for the whole week! ReplyDeleteIt's a constant struggle for myself and other people as well so don't worry you're not alone. Also try to carry healthy snacks with you when you're not at home. This way when you're craving for a snack, you wont have to spend money :)
ReplyDeleteI did this for a few months a long time ago and it alone allowed me to lose weight. Not saying don't exercize, but your eating habits are so important.
